Should I? helps you decide whether to buy something. That means we handle information about what you want and how much you can spend. We keep that collection as small as possible.

What we never collect

We never ask for or store bank login credentials, bank passwords or card numbers. No bank connection is required to use the service.

What we do store

Your email address and sign-in details; your display name and language/currency preference; the budget figures you enter; products you check, save or watch; notification preferences; and anonymous usage events used to improve the service.

Why

To identify products, compare prices, show you what a purchase does to your spending money, send the price alerts you ask for, and operate subscriptions.

Sharing

We share only what is needed to run the service: our hosting and database provider, our payment provider for subscriptions, and product data providers when you run a check. Your budget figures are never shared with retailers or included in anything you share publicly.

Your rights

Under GDPR you can access, correct, export and delete your data. Account deletion removes your profile, budget, wishlist and watches. Contact us to exercise any of these rights.

Contact

Should I? is operated by Ontelier AB, company registration number 559072-1212, Sweden.

Notifications and account emails are always sent to the email address you signed in with. A privacy contact email address has not been set up yet and will be added here before public launch.
